Support your music students by volunteering at concerts, concessions, fundraisers, ticket sales, set up and take down at MTHS music events. Please sign up for at least one event this year!

Based on past years' lists and current numbers of bands registered, organize purchasing (Costco), transporting of food, and set-up of Concession area. Train volunteers to run concession stand throughout symposium

Oversee student volunteers.The students will have signed up ahead of time; you will have detailed job descriptions to go over with each volunteer as they arrive for their shift. Ideally one person for the whole day, but can split into 2 shifts.

Receive and set up food donations for Director lunch as they come in. Organize Lunch Buffet in downstairs Staff Lounge. Clean up afterward. Director Lunch will be 11:30-1:30; you do not need to be down there the whole time. Mainly for set up and clean up.

Pick up large number of pre-ordered and pre-paid pizzas from Alderwood Costco. Deliver to the school for lunch concessions. You may want to bring someone to help you carry them!!! :)

Put everything Back!! Load Kennelly's instruments back up, reassemble teacher rooms to pre-symposium state (via pictures taken), take down signs, collect and load all borrowed BTMS music stands...etc...many jobs need many people...
