Urinetown: The Musical is a satirical comedy musical with music by Mark Hollmann, lyrics by Hollmann and Greg Kotis, and book by Kotis. It satirizes the legal system, capitalism, social irresponsibility, populism, bureaucracy, corporate mismanagement, and municipal politics. Multiple leads, great opportunity to learn comedy techniques in singing, dancing and acting.
Directed by Misha Johnson, Musical Direction by Lindsey Blackhurst, Choreography by Kathy Chase.
Due to the limited number of students we can work with this year due to COVID - 19, this year will look a little different:
- We can only work with 11 - 14 students at a time with space limitations & COVID restrictions around singing.
- All students must wear masks during rehearsals and performances.
- Students will audition first and then pay the registration fees after casting.

Instructions: Please choose one song for your audition. Choose the song you think suits you best; do not be overly concerned about which character you pick. You'll be considered for all roles regardless of your song choice. Please use the PERFORMANCE track in your video submission.
