The Black Box Theatre at McHenry County College
The Black Box Theatre at McHenry County College is proud to announce auditions for the hilarious British farce, What’s All This Then by Bill Daniel and directed by Jay Geller.
House cats have turned up missing in the town of Croydon, South London and it is up to Constable Madge Barker to solve the case. She has to deal with her inept colleagues, the media, a ten-year old mayor and an extraordinary “cat burglar” in order to solve the case. “A funny and outrageous farce”!
Auditions will be held on Monday and Tuesday, January 13th and 14th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM in The Black Box Theatre at McHenry County College. Callbacks will be held on Thursday, January 16th. Please prepare a two-three minute comedic monologue with a British accent. Rehearsals will begin on Wednesday, January 22nd and will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00-10:00 PM. Performances will be March 5th, 6th, 7th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 19th, 20th 21st.

Polly Perkins: Cat burglar extraordinaire of Greater South London
Lucinda Connington-Darby: Mayor of Croydon, South London (10 Years old)
