EMDR Consultation

EMDR Basic Training requires 10 hours of group consultation. This is an EMDRIA requirement. These sessions have been pre-paid as part of your EMDR Consulting Basic Training registration. 

*Please carefully choose a consultation time that you know you can attend. Space is limited to only 4 participants per consultation hour and when 1 person does not show up, it impacts the consultant, participants, and the consultation process. 

Cancellations/No-Shows: Space is limited, so as a courtesy to the consultant and participants, please give a minimum of 48 hours when cancelling or rescheduling a time slot. 

If you RSVP and don't show up or cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation time, you will be billed directly for the $25.00 per hour fee.   

Please reserve your spot and sign up genius at least 24 hours in advance so I can make sure you get the zoom link to sign in.  If you do not get the zoom link or are trying to sign in at the last minute please contact me directly. - Dr. Kathy

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Information: This consultation will be 1-hour in duration for online and 2-hours in duration for Live Consultation. The consultation content will consist of reviewing the basic EMDR therapy process from Weekend 1 & 2 Basic Training. 

Bring: Have your manual from the weekend workshop with you and any questions you have from the weekend training, or from your practice with EMDR therapy in your work. 

Other: Be sure to be on time and plan to stay online with the group for the entire scheduled consultation time.

To join the 1-Hour ONLINE/DISTANCE GROUP Format:

Online consultation is an efficient way to participate in Basic Training consultation, and a great way to learn about what other therapists are doing around the country! 

Online Group Consultations are through the Zoom web conferencing platform. An invitation to join the online meeting will be sent 24 hours prior to your consultation time. 

1. Sign-up is first come, first served with 4 participants per time slot. 
2. Sign up below and confirm that your name is visible for the dates/meetings you plan to attend. 
3. Open email with Zoom Link meeting when it arrives.
4. Click or Enter the Meeting link/URL a suggested 5 minutes prior to the meeting time to assure you are on time. 

Note: You will need to have the Zoom App installed or allow Zoom to download a file to your computer for it to work. 

Time Zone: Scheduled times are EASTERN TIME ZONE. *Please check time differences between Florida and your time zone!

10 Hours: Participants may choose to sign up for as many date/time slots as space is available for up to 10 of the required Basic Training hours. Please do not sign up for more than 10 hours.  I look forward to working with you and being part of your EMDR learning process!
