NY Harbor School PTA
On Thursday, May 3rd we will be honoring our hardworking teachers, faculty and staff by hosting the New York Harbor School’s 4th Annual Potluck with food provided by the Harbor School families.
Families are also invited to come to the school in the late afternoon to attend Parent Teacher Conferences (12th graders) and/or workshops on CTE's (9th graders), Graduation Requirements (10th graders) and College Prep (11th graders). More information regarding the schedule and offerings will be sent in a separate email.
Please send in your potluck contribution the morning of May 3rd with your child. Members of the PTA executive board will be at the school accepting and organizing the donations. If you can help, let us know!
The potluck is only for our teachers, faculty, and staff and will start immediately after students are dismissed and will end before the Parent Teacher conferences and info sessions begin.
Food donations will be done by grade:
9th grade: entrées
10th grade: appetizers, veggies, sides
11th grade: desserts
12th grade: beverages, salads
Please note food can be refrigerated at the school during the day but cannot be reheated.
Last year’s potluck was a tremendous success with close to 100% participation. Let make it 100% this year. Thank so much for supporting our amazing teachers, faculty, and staff!!!
