The day also includes lunch for participants and volunteers and an awards ceremony where all racers are celebrated!

Race Sessions 9 am - 12 pm: pit crew (cars to ramps, drivers in cars, helmets on, safety check), coordinating race starters, racer names to communication/announcer table, finish line (checkered flag, communicate via walkie talkies to start line, coordinate cars back to start line via ATV's), assist with lunch, certificates and awards ceremony set-up.
Lunch, Awards, Clean-up 12:00 - 1:30 pm: assist with lunch & awards, load cars & ramps, load hay bales, take down banners/flag, breakdown pop-up tents, tables, chairs, load misc materials into cars AND enjoy some pizza and ice cream! *Note - skip the gym and help provide some much needed "muscle" at the end of the day to load hay bales & cars!
