Cobblestone Picnic and Splash Zone Party - Team Sign Up

Date: July 10th

Time: 10-5 pm

Cost: $15 per person – lunch provided

The primary purpose of this event is relationship building with the student ministry and outreach.  The objective for your team is to provide adequate prayer support, volunteer support, and creativity to encourage students to invite friends and seek gospel conversations.  

  1. Dream creative ways to encourage students to invite their friends 
  2. Secure two bus drivers for this event – ensure they are on our approved list prior to securing (Joy Hughes has list of approved drivers)
  3. Recruit volunteers to stay for entire event a minimum of 10 to 1 volunteer ratio
  4. Recruit Adults for check-in.  (Tiffany Matlock will be their contact for specific directions.)
  5. Work with Kelly Teachey to set lunch menu and coordinate the purchasing of lunch supplies and setting up the lunch at Cobblestone.
  6. Complete attached checklist of duties - to be emailed to event team members
