Please sign up to help us with the Wines Run-a-thon! The event will take place from 9a-12pm on Friday, October 12th.
Track set up (6)
Help set up track in the morning before Run-a-thon starts. Tasks include setting up flags with bases, getting tables out to field, chairs, garbage cans, etc. Please meet inside front doors of school or by PTO closet at 8:30a.
Corner Captains (20)
Give kids a jelly bracelet for each lap they run. Make sure baskets are full with bracelets and refill after each grade finishes their run. Will need to refill at the tally table.
Snack Tables (8)
Give kids bagels and water. Ensure water cups are full and line keeps moving.
Bracelet Collection/Participation Prize Table (6)
Collect bracelets after kids run and hand out participation prize
Clean Up (6)
Take tables, chairs etc. back to PTO closet. Make sure garbage picked up and field is clean.
