Sort Gala items for distribution to winning bidders on Sunday after the Gala for about 2-3 hours.

Raffle Ticket Sales Monitor during Gala

As raffle tickets are being sold the night of the Gala, complete the raffle ticket for the purchaser and add to the other purchased ticket stubs for the big drawing of $1000 cash. This will be the evening of the Gala in the high school broadcast room.

Live Show Helper

During the live show, Sharon, Tricia and the Emcee will need auction items handed to them and taken away. Will work at the high school broadcast room.

After the Auction Drive Thru Pick Up (3)

Help Sharon and Tricia distribute the winning auction items to the winning bidder.
