Welcome Bags - Hartville Migrant Ministry

To sign up, check the box in the pink sign up button, then click teal Submit and Sign Up button below. After that, you may specify how many bags you are donating and click Sign Up Now to finalize.

Filled welcome bags may be dropped off at Hartville Migrant Ministry (3980 Swamp St., Hartville, OH) on Monday, May 2nd from 5:30-7:30pm or Tuesday, May 3rd from 12:00-3:00pm. If necessary, please contact Leigh Ann at [email protected] to arrange a different drop off time or with any further questions. 

Individuals who are not able to fill completed bags may donate toward Hartville Migrant Ministry’s Welcome Bag fund. Donations of cash or check may be sent to: Hartville Migrant Center, P.O. Box 682, Hartville, OH 44682. Please denote “Welcome Bag Project” in your donation. See attachment below for more instructions.
