Consignor Drop Off - Fall 2020
Consignor Drop-Off Appointments are Required!
For your safety, we are excited to offer Curbside Drop-Off on the North Side of our Building. We will have very limited "traditional" drop off appointments.
We highly recommend you putting your barcode labels on at home. We will print them for you! We have multiple days available for you to pick up your labels. If these times/days don't work for you please contact [email protected]
If you are outside of Las Cruces we can mail your barcodes to you but you will need to have your items entered and Completed by Midnight on Sunday October 4th. Mailing barcodes will cost an additional $4.00 that will be added to your consignor fee.
- All-Star Consignors (those who chose to donate all unsold items as indicated on your barcodes) will receive a 2 hour BUMP in your Pre-Sale shopping time and do NOT need to return to pick up items we don't accept.
- Drop & Go Consignors are those who DO NOT choose to donate all unsold items but DO choose to waive their item guarantee. We will donate any items we do not accept and you will not need to return to pick up those items.
- Curbside Consignors who want to take advantage of the item guarantee will be required to return to pick up any items we don't accept (You must return for them the same day of your drop off). We will text you when your items are ready for pick up.
- Traditional Consignor is one that will come into the building and place labels on in the store. Your items will be checked while you are there. Please plan on a minimum of 30 minutes for every hundred items. These slots are very limited due to capacity Limits. Making sure you are on time will help us all.(We kindly ask that you find someone else to care for your children at home during this time)
Please make sure you are choosing an "All Star or Drop & Go" "Curbside" or "Traditional" time slot (depending on your preference) when you choose your drop-off appointment. We look forward to seeing you soon!
