Keep Lee County Beautiful, Inc.
Join us this Memorial Day on May 25, 2020 for a volunteer led beach or waterway cleanup.
Many areas are starting to accumulate trash which is not only harmful to the environment but also the marine life that resides here. Some of the areas that need attention are Fort Myers Beach between Lynn Hall Memorial Park to Crescent Beach Park, Sanibel Causeway Islands, and also any other sections of shoreline or waterway that you know of that would benefit from a cleanup this Memorial Day.
Any trash gathered on Fort Myers Beach may be left next to a trash receptacle which are located by the beach access points, Lynn Hall Memorial Park or Crescent Beach Park. Please make sure all bags are closed tightly.
We would greatly appreciate receiving pictures of your cleanup activities along with the results of your cleanup activities. We like to use the pictures and data received to encourage others to get involved. You can send your pictures and results to [email protected]. If you have any questions please email [email protected] or call 239-284-4895.
Please sign up your shoreline cleanup below.
