The Davis Winter Parent/Teacher Conferences are coming up soon! The PTO is hosting a soup potluck dinner for the teachers and staff on Wednesday, January 22rd.
Please consider donating an item to help nourish our teachers and staff for the long day ahead. We are also looking for a few parent volunteers to help with set up, serving, and clean up.
If you are able to contribute an item or if you would like to volunteer to help out, please sign up via SignUp Genius.
Please have all donated items labeled "Conference Dinner" and delivered to the office by 2:00 pm on the afternoon of January 22nd. Please bring soup in a CrockPot so that it stays warm for serving.
Also, please rember to pick up your CrockPot following the dinner. Clean up will begin at 5:30 pm.
If you are donating perishable items (e.g. soup, salad, etc), please drop them off on the day of the conferences (January 22nd) no later than 2:00 pm.
