PumpkinPalooza is an opportunity for more than 600 people from our community to receive God's love through our gift of games, bouncy houses, costume contests, music, food and so much more. PumpkinPalooza is successful when we have faithful servants to help with bouncy houses, crafts, games, food, and welcome tables.
PumpkinPalooza is Sunday, October 21 from 2-5 p.m. on the front lawn of our church campus.
Bouncy House monitors (must be 18 or older) help keep children safe while using the equipment. The company that supplies the two Bouncy Houses/slides, requires that we have adults staffing them at all times, otherwise, we cannot offer the most popular activity for the children.
Welcome table volunteers give out the goodie bags, provide information about where things are, and ask people to fill out information for our gift basket drawings.
Craft helpers encourage and help children complete the different crafts.
Tattoo helpers place removable tattoos on children (and adults too!).
Food helpers serve food - popcorn is free!
Cupcake Walk Helpers enable the Cupcake Walk activity to happen. Music, chairs, and cupcakes are available.
Set-up and break down - this is perhaps two of the most important opportunities.
Please consider signing up for a 45-minute time slot to help make this important community event successful!
