Put out condiments; make tossed salad; set out table numbers; take plates, steaks, cooking utensils upstairs
Runner 1st Shift (2)
Take orders upstairs; deliver dinners to tables. NOTE: This involves climbing stairs.
Runner 2nd Shift (2)
Post-Dinner Clean Up (2)
Clear tables; wash plates, silverware, cookware; bag or throw away leftovers; return condiments
