Serve main dish; set out sides, desserts, & serving utensils; set out plastic and paperware.

Drink Prep (2)

Before Worship 8:30 a.m. Set up/out coolers and bowls filled with ice and water bottles; make lemonade and tea.

Table, Chair, and Tent Set Up (10)

Before worship - 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.

Trash Set Up & Removal (2)

Bring out 2 large trashcans; take trash to dumpster as needed; replace can liners

Table, Chair, & Tent Removal (10)

After Potluck - 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
