Parents/Guardians, please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up for our BACK TO SCHOOL FRESH START EVENT presented by The RISE & DREAM Foundation and hosted at ASU Prepatory Academy Downtown Phoenix.
Each child needs to be registered separately in order to receive assistance.
Children must be in attendance to receive supplies.
Sign ups for assistance are on a first come-first served basis.
Each child who is registered will receive:
- Backpack with school supplies
- Hygiene Kit
- Hair Cut (optional)
- Gently used clothes and shoes (optional)
- Food and Drink
- and more!
