Welcome to the YWCA November Cardio Challenge. Each team will consist of 8 individuals. You will need to log your cardio each week beginning November 2nd, and submit your cardio logs on Fridays to [email protected] All cardio logs must be submitted by November 30th to count for your teams total. The team with the most cardio minutes wins. The winning team will get to choose between a free personal training session or 1 free month of membership ($55 off a family membership).
