SPONSORSHIP/Funding - Technical Coordinator

Assist Lead, Nadine Manello, in collecting/organizing sponsor logos and ads to be used in Media Guide and Banner creation.

 

SPONSORSHIP/Funding Committee (Nov - Feb) (4)

Help Lead, Nadine Mannello, actively solicit and procur funding from businesses, family and friends through donations, partnerships and sponsorship packages. Secure sponsors for Sr. Night Program Book.

Assist Team, Melissa Pirie, Dana Dunleavy and Kim Ritschel in ongoing admin responsabilities need to communicate team activities, rosters, seasonal schedules, etc... through SportsEngine and website.

 

COMMUNICATIONS - Social Media Accounts Assistant

Assistant Team, Melissa Pirie, Dana Dunleavy and Kim Ritschel,with technical expertise needed to help manage BHS LAX social media accounts (Twitter, FB, Instagram).

MEDIA GUIDE Assistant (2)

Help Leads, Dana Dunleavy, Melissa Pirie, and Kim Ritschel, create and distribute the Senior Program (book). Involves collecting senior info, layout and proofing, arranging printing and distribution.

 

COMMUNITY SERVICE/BARRINGTON YOUTH LAX LIAISON - Asssistant

Coordinate BYL organization, with Lead, Sarah Marks, to obtain approval from BHS to ensure volunteer credit hours and coordinate with SE team to update website/link and send out communication to players.

 

SENIOR NIGHT- Assistant

Help Leads, Sarah Marks and Jen Sellers, direct SR. NIGHT COMMITTEE - Will have separate Sign-Up Genius setup for this evening. Will need volunteers for food/drink donations, photographer, Youth Lax coordinator, Chuck Wagon, etc..
