2020 Keystone Bluegrass & Beer Festival

Join us as an event volunteer for the 24th Annual Keystone Bluegrass & Beer Festival benefiting the High Country Conservation Center.

Saturday, August 1 & Sunday, August 2, 2020, @ Keystone River Run Village

Volunteers are needed for will-call, zero waste, wristbanding, greeters and more. Roles may change if event dictates other needs.

You receive a sweet event t-shirt, and one beergarten drink coupon or food coupons for consumption outside of your volunteer shift. When you sign up you will also receive a discount code for a $10 beer tasting glass to redeem on the other event day.

Taster Glass Pick-Up (2)

Help with the flow of Main Sales by giving each guest the correct food tickets and glass based on their wristband and going over the broken glass policy.

 

Main Sales ID'ers/Customer Service (3)

Check ID's of guests that are 35 & under and answer festival questions from guests. Requirements: Must be customer service oriented and be able to stand the duration of the shift.

Mandatory Training Required: Attend a training at the Keystone Neighborhood Company office on Tues, July 28 at 5 pm or Thurs, July 30 at 5 pm. RSVP to [email protected] Must have cash handling experience and ability to use a tablet.

Brewery Tent Attendants (2)

Must be comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting for the duration of the shift. You will be dumping beer buckets, refilling water on tables, and assisting brewers with changing out kegs.

Will be placed where needed • Requirements: This person MUST be FLEXIBLE, customer service oriented, have a positive, upbeat attitude and be able to stand the duration of their shift.

Customer Service Representatives (4)

Hand out info to festival guests, answer questions, and direct guests to requested areas. Requirements: Must be customer service oriented, familiar with Keystone Resort, and be able to stand for the duration of your shift.

 
12:45pm - 3:15pm  

Zero Waste Attendant (6)

Responsibilities: Monitor zero waste stations, educate attendees, and pull and replace full bags. Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift.

 
1:45pm - 5:15pm

Must be comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting for the duration of the shift. You will be dumping beer buckets, refilling water on tables, and assisting brewers with replacing kegs.
