Beit Am Jewish Community
Thank you for volunteering to host an oneg follow kabbalat shabbat services. It's a lovely mitzvah and one we hope you will find enjoyable. Feel free to invite a co-host. You can find "Hosting an Oneg Guidelines" on the Beit Am website.
- If you have not been trained on how to disarm the alarm or do not have an access code to enter the building - contact the volunteer coordinator at 541-908-3907 or [email protected].
- Host responsibilities: Provide one challah plus finger foods for about 20 people (assortment of sweet and savory).
- Get set up & clean-up instructions from the Beit Am website or click on the link above.
- Services start at 7:30 - you should start set-up by 7:10. Plan to stay about 20 minutes after the oneg to accomplish the clean-up.
Enjoy! It's a mitzvah!
If you have questions please contact the Volunteer Coordinator ([email protected]) or the Beit Am administrator.
