Chaperones:  Chaperones are required to ride the bus to and from the games with the band and assist with a variety of tasks including plumes, flip folders and candy bags.  

It’s important to wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking, climbing stairs and on your feet the entire game supervising students and assisting directors and staff as needed.  

No experience required.  It’s a great way to see the band in action!

Field Crew: Please be advised you will move props and equipment to and from the truck and on and off the field.  5 of the field crew is needed to ride the bus to and from the event.

Concessions:  Dress is casual, shorts are fine, closed toed comfortable shoes, Wakeland shirt and hat (if you have them) otherwise try to match our school colors. Arrival is 5:00-5:30pm at the stand on the Staley side of the stadium (Home side/South side). We a lot of fun, ask your friends and family to join you!


HAIR CREW:  Please meet in the foyer outside of the Auditorium between 3:45-4:00 to help set up & assist with band student's hair 

PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEO:  Please bring your own camera to take pictures 

All volunteers must enter the stadium with the band in order to gain entry. Late arrivals will need to purchase a game ticket to get inside.

Concessions (20)

concessions times are 5:00 – 5:30pm start times and complete 15-20 minutes after the game ends. Post game performance so volunteers will not miss the kids!
