ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE FISD BACKGROUND CHECK AND CHECK-IN AT THE FRONT OFFICE IF YOU ARRIVE DURING SCHOOL HOURS.

All adults riding the bus will need to be at the school at 3pm (for this game only). Please check in at front office before coming to band hall.

Chaperones: Chaperones are required to ride the bus to and from the games with the band and assist with a variety of tasks including plumes, flip folders and candy bags.
It’s important to wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking, climbing stairs and on your feet the entire game supervising students and assisting directors and staff as needed.
No experience required. It’s a great way to see the band in action!
Field Crew: Please be advised you will move props and equipment to and from the truck and on and off the field. 5 of the field crew is needed to ride the bus to and from the event.
HAIR CREW: Please meet in the foyer outside of the Auditorium between 3:45-4:00 to help set up & assist with band student's hair
PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEO: Please bring your own camera to take pictures
All volunteers must enter the stadium with the band in order to gain entry. Late arrivals will need to purchase a game ticket to get inside.
