ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE FISD BACKGROUND CHECK AND CHECK-IN AT THE FRONT OFFICE IF YOU ARRIVE DURING SCHOOL HOURS.

Chaperones: Chaperones are required to ride the bus to and from the event with the band and assist with a variety of tasks. Chaperones will stay with the band for the entire event.
It’s important to wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking, climbing stairs and on your feet supervising students and assisting directors and staff as needed.
No experience required. It’s a great way to see the band in action!
Field Crew: Please be advised you will move drum major stands, sound and percussion equipment to and from the truck and on and off the field.
PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEO: Please bring your own camera to take pictures. Video Volunteer will be provided video equipment.
All volunteers must enter the stadium with the band in order to gain entry. Late arrivals will need to purchase a ticket to get inside.
