Chaperones: Please be advised, if you sign up to chaperone you will be expected to walk and stand, Ride the bus with the guard to and from the event, stay with the guard during the entire event, distribute water bottles when necessary, assist and supervise the guard during the entire event.
Chaperones will meet at WHS early. Please keep in mind that there is a lot of standing and walking. You will also need to stay with the guard students at all times!
Field Crew: Please be advised you will move props and equipment to and from the truck and on and off the gym floor.
Field/Prop Crew will have a specific time to arrive (same time the buses arrive).
PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEO: Please bring your own camera to take pictures
