Snack Supper is a small meal that is provided for the youth on Sunday evening. Typically we have around 10 youth and adults. The plates, cups, napkins and utensils are provided by the Church. There is usually lemonade available in the kitchen for drinks or the kids can drink water. There is a lemonade dispenser for mixing the drinks and a variety of bowls and serving utensils available in the kitchen as well. The stove and oven are also available if needed. It is also helpful if the person providing the meal helps clean up after the kids have finished eating.
Snack supper is at 4:00 pm, at the beginning of the youth group activities. Also, please keep in mind that we have a no nuts (no nut butters, no nut oils) policy at the church, and we need to follow that for all youth activities as well. One of our youth group members is allergic to all nuts and has a severe peanut allergy. If you choose not to cook, some safe restaurant options are: Canes, Zaxby's, Culver's, Dominoes, Little Caesars, Subway, Fire House Subs, Wendy's. Some examples of past snack suppers include taco bar, chili/stew, sub sandwiches, baked potato bar, and lasagna.
Thank you so much for being willing to help out!!
