Presbyterian Student Center @ UGA
Sunday Dinner at the Presbyterian Student Center (1250 S. Lumpkin St.) is a simple meal for about 15-20 students. The meal and those who provide it are blessed at 7pm so, if you are not preparing your meal in the PSC kitchen, please arrive at least 10 minutes before in order to set up. Students will be on hand to help you when you arrive and to set tables and wash dishes.
The PSC provides plates, bowls, cups, silverware, napkins, serving utensils, drinks, and ice.
Please let us know if you will be serving dishes that contain dairy, eggs, gluten, or basil so that we can provide alternatives for the few students who are allergic to these ingredients. There are usually a couple of students who prefer a vegetarian option as well.
We invite you to prepare your meal in the kitchen at the PSC. We have a large and fully-equipped, albeit stylistically out-of-date, kitchen. It has two ovens, ten stove burners, tons of utensils, sharp knives, lots of pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space. What our kitchen lacks in looks, it makes up for in functionality.
We encourage you to say a word about your congregation and to invite students to worship with you, come to fellowship events, help with outreach projects, etc.
Thank you for supporting us in our ministry at the Presbyterian Student Center!
