China's culinary traditions have spanned centuries with flavors and techniques as diverse as its many regions. This class will touch on a few of the timeless favorites. Try your hand at Vegetarian Tofu or Chicken Lo Mein, Vegetable Spring Rolls and Shanghai Baby Bok Choy.
This interactive virtual class will be led by a professional chef from Baltimore Chef Shop. Questions and feedback between the students and the chef are encouraged.
