Plan to be in your booth no later than the assigned time on the Sign-up genius. This will require planning on your part. It might take a while to get to John Paul Jones Arena.
If you find you cannot work and it is 2 weeks or less before the event, you are REQUIRED to find a replacement. If the spot is empty, you will be charged $25. If this happens twice, you will no longer be allowed to sign up for concessions.
Have fun, but remember this is a job. It is your responsibility to be on time, be nice to the customers and NO CELLPHONES while you are working (only on breaks.) Understand that you will not only be selling product, you are expected to count inventory, preparing food, handle money, and the booth in its entirety at the end of the evening - all while smiling!
