NECP PTO Auction 2020

NECP PTO's biggest fundraiser last school year was the Annual Online Auction, which will return in March 2020. The success of this event was largely due to auction donations and participation from NECP teachers, staff, and families like you as well as the local community. With over 200 items donated last school year, we raised over $11,500. This year we aren't holding back - our target is to get 300+ items and raise $15,000!!! 

We are looking to form our Auction Committee starting right now and are actively looking for volunteers! Any amount of time, and in any capacity, you can contribute would be of huge value to the success of our auction.

Auction Needs

Information Gatherers

Call and/or Google shops and businesses for Manager/Owner information (Name, email, phone #)


Solicitors (door-to-door)

The nitty-gritty! Meeting shop owners face-to-face and asking for donations while giving them our paperwork.


Solicitors (calls and emails)

Can't make it door-to-door? How about emailing them and/or calling them?


Donation Collectors

Drive over to get donations from businesses that have confirmed donations.


Data Entry

This includes assisting with the organization of current and potential solicitations (within a Google spreadsheet), as well as assistance with content placed into our auction website.
