Leader: Paul Boesen
During this Spring's Community Service Week, we encourage you to consider longer-term volunteering options with any of our Community Service Week partners. In addition, we are supporting the development of another partner, the Washington Center for International Education.
The Washington Center for International Education is a non-profit organization that supports the social, emotional, and cultural transitions of international students and families, as they make the transition to life in the U.S.
Our goal is to connect the Washington, D.C.-area international community and the local community--and in so doing to build a better shared life together. Join a meeting at the school to learn more about WCIE Student Service Learnings (SSL) programs for international teens, programs on international student mental health, and other programs on Thursday, May 9, 12:45 to 1:15 p.m. (after the May potluck), at English Now!
12:45pm - 1:15pm EDT
