2018 Craft Castle - PARENTS

It is very important that you sign up for a job slot rather than just showing up to help.  The number of slots for each job has been carefully determined and it is important that all designated slots be filled. 

Please wear slacks or nice jeans and red or green top, if you have one (unless noted otherwise in  your specific sign up area). You may also accessorize for the holiday season if you would like. Note: Depending upon the job you choose, your clothes may become dirty.  You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your shift so you have time to sign in, go to  your designated work area and obtain instruction prior the previous shift end time.  Volunteers are to park behind the building between the band room entrance area and the baseball field.  Enter through Door 6 and sign in at Head Quarters located in the Band Room.  Once you have completed your shift, sign out and then you will receive your coupon for a free hot dog (very early morning shifts will receive a donut or bagel).  Thank you for volunteering!

Display road signs for event in your lawns to help with promotion of the event. Pick up signs at Amy Roy's house the week of Oct. 29 and display in high volume traffic areas (as much as possible). Return signs to the BAND ROOM AFTER the event is complete.
