Thank you for volunteering to help the Trojan Marching Band! We cannot be successful without the tremendous help of our band parents & families!
PLEASE NOTE: Some times are set as 8a.m. to 10a.m. because exact times have not been established as of yet. An email will be sent to parents who volunteered on those dates with exact times once they've been published by host sites.
Most competitions will neeed at least 20 volunteers: 2 for the Drum Major podium, 12 for the ramp, 6 to help pit percussion get on and off the field. We have 6 backdrop flats and 4 sideline prop boxes that will also need help (students could potentially move these items, however, it is preferred we have adult help with these items).
If you've never helped with equipment - no problem! We will teach you how to get items on and off the field in compliance with Colorado Bandmasters rules & procedures. It's easy and a great way to support your student and the entire Trojan Marching Band! Thank you for your help!!!
