Book Lovers Used Book Sale Volunteers
Hidenwood Presbyterian Church Library's 12th Annual Book Lovers Used Book Sale is June 2-6, 2021, in the Fellowship Hall. Volunteers are needed to help unbox, sort, set up the book sale, work the sale, and help clean up.
Please look over the times volunteers are needed and choose the time or times that work best for your schedule. Your help is greatly appreciated!
Initial Setting Up of Fellowship Hall
Saturday, May 29, 9 am to 4 pm (choose a time)
Volunteers needed to help set up the Fellowship Hall in preparation for the sale.
Pre-Sale (unbox, set up, arrange/sort books, put up signs)
Sunday, May 30 - Tuesday, June 1, 9 am to 4 pm (choose a time)
Sales (help sell books, help customers, keep tables tidy)
Wednesday through Sunday, June 2-6, noon to 4 pm (2 hour slots)
Take Down/Clean up: Sunday, June 6, any time you can give, starting at 4 pm
