Auction Volunteer Coordinator

Contact person on day of auction to help auction setup, cleanup, and bidding volunteers. Can be in shifts. Coordinater will know who all the volunteers and volunteer leads are in order to answer questions

Auction Decorations and Setup Coordinator

Plan and set up the auction items in the new MPR. Recruit people to help.

Help Enter Auction Purchases in a Computer (4)

After the auction closes we need help keying in purchases. It is simple and we will have a computer for you to use.

Help set up the auction the day before the auction and morning before. You can coordinate with the coordinator about when you are available.

Cleanup the MPR after the auction, and recruit people to help.

Will set up check in for the Carnival, require waiver signature of all participants, and attach wrist bands, recruit others to help.

Carnival Setup Coordinator

Plan to set up carnival events and coordinate with classroom games.

Lead Carnival Cleanup, work with set up team and Michele to return things to their proper place after the event.

Help cleanup the carnival after 3pm.

Sponsor and Donations Coordinator

Lead Sponsors and Donations activities.

Sponsor and Donation Helper (10)

Help call businesses to get sponsorships (Cash Donations) and Donations to auction off.

Sponsor Publicist

Organize sponsors already received from the donations team to promote them appropriately, and recruit help.

Auction or Carnival Helper (10)

Help make sure the event runs smoothly. Fill in where help is needed during the event.

First Aid Coordinator

Procure first aid materials (band aids) and have a location designated for people to go if they are hurt.

Shade Structure Coordinator

The new black top will be hot! Solicit shade structures and popup tents (10'x10' ones) to be set up around the black top.
