This webpage is meant for OPS staff members who are new, transferring, leaving or have received notice their mobile device requires update.
***Transferring employees should NOT sign up until the first week of July 2019***
We will be unable to issue you a device until then. All transfer appointments made before this time will be cancelled.
Please select from the provided dates and times below to schedule an appointment with technology. Fill out the form that follows to the best of your ability so we can better assist you in receiving the correct device(s) for your specific position and location!

Expect a 30 minute time frame to complete the deployment process as well as Q&A!
