Family Fun Health Fair

The coalition will provide a county wide health fair for families to attend. The health fair is an educational and interactive event designed for outreach to provide basic preventive medical screening, education, and a little bit of fun to people in the community. 

Please sign up for an area that you wish to participate in.  You may sign up for as many events as you would like.
