Formerly a collaboration, January's theme of "Brew the Hop" will unfortunately be a solo venture for obvious reasons. For January's beer exchange, brew a beer that accentuates your selected hops and lets their qualities shine. As the weather gets colder and colder, wrap yourself in some Cashmere, snuggle with some Fuggle, chug it with some Nugget, or create a flavor Mosaic that will be a real pallate Challenger. NEIPAs in January? Now that's for the real winter Warrior!
