Manager - In charge of overseeing the opening and closing of the concessions and will assign volunteers to their approperiate work stations when necessary. Also, responsible for proper food safe temperatures and proceedures.
Grill - One person is needed to cook hot dogs and bratswurst using a gas grill. Responsible for testing food for proper temperature before serving.
If you are unable to work your shift it is your responsibility to find someone to fill your spot.
No open toed shoes allowed while working. Hair must be pulled back, in a hat,or hair net while working.
