The annual EOG's are scheduled for Monday, May 13th - Friday May 17th, 2019.
The Public Schools of North Carolina require that a test proctor be present in each and every classroom for the testing. This could require up to 18 volunteers a day. Please commit to assist for at least one testing session.
To be a proctor you must be 18 or older and you cannot be enrolled in HS. You also may not proctor in a classroom where you have relatives (student or the administrator).
Training-A 2017 Proctor booklet is attached. Please read this before you proctor. When you arrive on the test day, you will be given a form of confidentiality to sign.
Today you will sign up for a general testing time. As the test day approaches, the final room assignments will be set and you will be emailed the building location. You will sign in at either the HS/MS or the elementary building.
We can't thank you enough for committing to one or more test dates!
Additional details: Please park in the visitor parking or the Rescue Squad Park. Arrive early enough to check in at the front desk and to get to your assignment. Bring your license to scan into the new security system, Lobby Guard, which will do a background check and register you within the LCS system. A name badge will be printed for you to wear the entire time you are in the school. When you leave, use the badge to scan yourself out. You will scan your license each time you volunteer. Before you leave, don't forget to check out!
