Dancing Through the Decades Elementary Dance

Dancing Through The Decades Elementary Dance – Friday, February 8th, 6pm-8pm located in the MS/HS Building.

We have many opportunities for volunteers (setup, cleanup, serving, door sales, etc.). Please look over the SUG and see if you are available to help fill our volunteer needs for this event! See you there Dude!

All K-5 students are invited to attend with their parent/guardian

Feel Free to dress in your favorite decade attire!!!

Note: All volunteers must sign in on the Volunteer Log located at the Volunteer table before going to assigned stations. Duties will be explained at this time. Please arrive 10 minutes before time. Volunteers have free admission but are required to remain at assigned duty stations during these times.

Copy the following webcal link:

AOL Calendar Top

Go to http://calendar.aol.com
On the top-right corner, click the "Action" menu
From the Action menu, select and click "Subscribe to a Calendar" option
In the Subscribe to a Calendar form, enter the Calendar Name
In the Subscribe to a Calendar form, enter or paste the calendar's web address
Important! In the web address, replace "webcal" to "http".
Click "Subscribe" button

Google Calendar Top

Go to https://calendar.google.com
On the left navigation menu, click the arrow-down button for "Other calendars"
From the menu, select and click "Add by URL" option
In the Add by URL form, enter or paste the calendar's web address
Click "Add Calendar" button

iCal Calendar Top

In Calendar menu, click "File", then select and click "New Calendar Subscription"
In the New Calendar Subscription form, enter the name of the calendar
In the New Calendar Subscription form, enter or paste the calendar's web address
When finished, click the "Ok" button

Outlook.com (Live) Calendar Top

Go to https://outlook.live.com
From the menu, click "Add Calendar", then select and click "From internet"
In the Calendar Subscription form, enter or paste the calendar's web address
In the Calendar Subscription form, enter the Calendar name
When finished, click the "Save" button

Outlook (Desktop) Calendar Top

Open your Outlook application
Navigate to Calendar
From the left navigation pane, right-click "Other Calendars" option, then select "Add Calendar", then select and click "From Internet"
In the New Internet Calendar Subscription form, enter or paste the calendar's web address
When finished, click the "Ok" button

Yahoo Calendar Top

Go to https://calendar.yahoo.com
From the menu, click "Actions", then select and click "Follow Other Calendars"
Using the form, enter the calendar name
For the iCal Address, enter or paste the calendar's web address
When finished, click the "Continue" button

Duties include: two volunteers to accept pay at the door and two to check MPP pre pay list. Everyone that has paid will be given a stamp and one raffle ticket.

Duties include: collecting money, preparing food, keeping area neat and clean. Food sale will stop at 7:45pm for clean-up. Volunteers will be assigned as station upon arrival.

Duties include: monitoring all attendees to ensure code of conduct is being followed and monitoring MPR exit doors. No running, screaming or leaving the building. No food in the MPR during dance.

Duties include: monitor and clean snack area, keep tables clean, pick up and empty trash. All food and drink will be kept in snack area during dance.
