Strength & Conditioning Sessions

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. You may only sign up on the week that you are scheduled for in-person classes at school. Strength and conditioning sessions will be held outside in the upper field (stadium) so dress accordingly.

  • Students are advised to bring their own water, as we are not able to provide water.
  • Masks must be worn to and from the field, but may be taken off during workouts because we will be maintaining a social distance of at least 15 feet between students.
  • Some exercises may require you to lie or sit on the grass. If you would like, you may bring a blanket or yoga mat.
