2020 IPA Contest Volunteers

On Saturday, March 14, we will be hosting the IPA Winter Percussion Competition. It is an all-day event where more than 20 schools will be performing their shows in our main gym. To host the event, we need ALL parents, friends and family members to volunteer to work a position.  We will be posting the schedule soon. Because we don't have enough parents to break this into morning  and evening shifts, we need Volunteers to stay all day.

We also will be setting up the school for the event on Friday, March 13, after school and we need families to help us set up.  We will have a volunteers meeting. We will  go over the details of the competition. If you volunteer and have a percussionist performing be sure you leave someone in charge of your area while you go and watch your kid.

Be sure to sign in at the event to receive Fair Share credit. Thank you for volunteering!   Please contact us by email at [email protected] with questions or concerns

Videos for the groups

In order to better produce videos for the groups, we are seeking for 1 person to start and stop the IPA cameras. It is a very easy, 1 button push operation, but does require that the operator sit near the camera at all times .
