Family Promise at TUMC
Trinity is hosting families from the Family Promise program March 3-10, 2019. Please check your calendars and consider volunteering to host in the evenings or overnight, or assist with initial setup or departure cleanup. Everything takes place at Trinity, and there are options to suit your availability and comfort level.
Thanks in advance for helping your Trinity family host these local families in need!

VOLUNTEER OPTIONS
Evening host: Socialize with guests (read/play with children if present) and share dinner together at 6pm, then stay to oversee clean-up. Children welcome!
Overnight host: Stay overnight at the Trinity B&B and serve as the “on-call” person. Volunteer alone or in a pair or group! There are separate rooms for all, which can be locked for the night; bedding is provided or you may bring your own. In the morning, ensure guests are awake and ready to leave by 7am, and lock their rooms. Coffee, juice, milk, and quick breakfast foods are available in the Atrium kitchen for you and our guests to enjoy. Your own children are welcome to stay overnight with you.
Initial setup: Help unload trailer and set up beds in rooms on the Sunday before families arrive. (12pm, following the last church service)
Departure cleanup: Help clean up rooms and load bedding supplies back into the trailer on the Sunday families depart. (7am)
*ALL volunteers meet in the rear of the Education Building, inside the Atrium.*
