Bluewater Mission

10th Annual Bluewater Christmas!

The Bluewater Christmas Concert is our church's biggest outreach event of the year. And we need numerous volunteers to put on the two shows. Let's make this a wonderful time of joyful fellowship and also enjoy working as a team within Bluewater :)

1. TRANSPORT TEAMS (Team Leaders, Elton Wong & Chris Kelly) Team loads at Paliku and unloads at the church office. Lend your strong backbone! Contact email: [email protected]

2. SET-UP/INSIDE DECOR TEAM (Team Leaders - Jason Koide, Robyn Morse & Kristin Hafner) - Some heavy lifting and some nimble fingers required. You'll assemble and decorate the big stage trees, the choir risers and string lights and garlands to surround the performers with the glint of heaven and the joy of Christmas tradition. Contact email: [email protected]

3. HOSPITALITY AREA TEAM (Team Leaders, Rebecca Dellinger & JhieJhie Camacho) - We have a wonderful outdoor lanai to set up and decorate for post show fellowship. We need set up and take down teams, and food and drink managers for both shows. Plus we need FOOD! Lots. So sign up to bake, set up/decorate the lanai, manage the food/drink and clean up.  Contact email: Rebecca Dellinger <[email protected]> PLEASE LABEL ANYTHING WITH NUTS. PLEASE BRING YOUR BAKED GOODS IN DISPOSABLE CONTAINERS OR CLEARLY LABEL YOUR CONTAINERS/SERVING WARE. Many of you have your own inspired baking resources. 4. TAKE-DOWN/CLEAN UP TEAM (Team Leader - Andy Taylor) -- Many hands make light work! And this team has the power to be a huge blessing to the everyone. Let's kick butt and wrap up the evening with a smile! Contact email: [email protected]

Take Down/Clean-up STAGE (12)

8:30pm-9:30pm. Dismantle risers, disassemble and repack stage trees, take down garlands and lights; load art and other decor out to trucks. You are the unsung heroes who will make sure everyone is willing to do this event again next year! Captain: Andy T

HOSPITALITY Take down (8)

9pm-9:30pm Unstring tent lights, fold up 6 tables and 4 tents. Assist table and drink managers with general food & drink clean up

Assist with taking down decorations, tables in the lanai refreshment area. Captain: Rebecca Dellinger & Andy Taylor

 
9:30pm - 10:45pm  

TRANSPORT Team - Night (8)

9:30pm-10:30pm Load trucks at Paliku Theatre, then drive to church office and unload. Captain: Elton Wong and Chris Kelley.
