CASA for Douglas County

CASA Kids Holiday Party

Over 400 children in foster care need YOUR help to make the holidays a little brighter!

The annual CASA Kids Holiday Party is Friday, January 3, 2020, at the Omaha Children's Museum. This event is an opportunity for kids in foster care to celebrate with other children, their siblings, and their Court Appointed Special Advocate. Kids will enjoy pizza and cookies, visit with Santa, explore the exhibits of the museum, receive gifts, and much more. The event isn't possible without the help of generous volunteers like you! Please see below for opportunities to help out before or during the event.

Note:

  • Volunteers assisting with shifts DURING the event are asked to complete a background check. Alexander Cayetano, Director of Volunteer & Community Engagement at CASA, will send you a separate email with follow-up instructions.

  • Volunteers assisting with shifts DURING the event are asked to arrive at the Omaha Children's Museum by 5:30 pm for orientation and instructions. Volunteers are also asked to assist with clean up and tear down at the end of the event, if they are available.

If you have any questions, please contact Alexander at [email protected] or 402-932-5683, ext. 107
