2022 Annual Spring Fundraiser

We need your help to make this a successful fundraising event! So much work goes on behind the scenes to make our Annual Spring Fundraiser a success and its thanks to the generosity of our volunteers. Please consider signing up below!

**This year - as a way to say Thank You - Committee Chairs and Volunteers will receive a discounted event ticket. (These tickets are not transferable.)

Auction Chair

The Chair will recruit volunteers, oversee the solicitation of auction items, manage the planning of the event (location, theme, décor, menu, etc.), manage the completion of all aspects of the auction and the event.

Donations Chair

This is a very IMPORTANT role. Request and manage donations from local businesses and organizations, teachers/staff, and SMS families and parishioners. Manage/coordinate sending thank you cards to all donors.

(Video conference or in person meetings) Request and manage donations from local businesses and organizations, teachers/staff, and SMS families. Send thank you cards to donors. (some can be done from home)

 

Class Basket Coordinator (3)

(Video conferencing or in person) Work with teachers and room parents to coordinate and track class gift baskets.

Find Musical Entertainment, Ensure Bands Set-up and Needs are met,

 

Health & Safety/Clean-up Chair

Help maintain all COVID safety protocols, Social Distancing, Mask Wearing, Cleaning/Sanitization, Manage Clean-up Health & Safety Committee Members.

Help sanitize, clean-up, maintain all COVID safety protocols as directed by committee chair.

Greet Guests and Sell Tickets at the Door 6:00pm - 7:30pm
