Swim tests will be conducted at the Countryside YMCA in Lebanon. Please enter on the Deerfield Road side of the building.
Cost is $5.00/swimmer.
An adult must be present with each swimmer to sign a visitor waiver.
To save time and maximize testing opportunities for everyone, please show up a few minutes before your scheduled time with your swim suit on and ready to swim. There will be opportunity to change into dry clothes after your test.
