The Oklahoma School Testing Program (OSTP) will be administered to all third, fourth and fifth graders at Clegern Elementary between April 2nd - April 12th. One of the requirements for administration of the test is that along with the Test Administrator, the teacher, there must be another adult in the room - called a Test Proctor. This is where you come in! We are in need of multiple individuals who would be willing to volunteer to fill this role with our greatest need being April 2nd, 3rd, 9th & 10th.
The Test Proctor helps maintain test security and validity and helps the teacher monitor students while they are testing. To be a Test Proctor, you must attend a Proctor training session (15 - 30 minutes) before you are able to volunteer. You may attend this training at the Edmond Public Schools Administration Building on March 15th or March 27th at either 10 am or 2 pm. If you cannot attend one of those trainings, you will need to arrive at Clegern at 8 am the firsty day you volunteer for the Test Proctor training.
If you are able to volunteer, please sign-up below for the days you are available and an email will be sent to you with all the information you need in addition to confirming dates and setting up a time to train. Please contact Kara Willis ([email protected] or 726-3426) with any questions! We are so very grateful for your help!
