Volunteer to help at our Holiday Gift Distribution Party. Things look a little different this year, but we are still serving! We need help assembling the food donations and delivering items to the recipients.
NOTE: This volunteer opportunity is not suitable for students. Volunteers must be 18+ due to privacy concerns.
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Help with assembling the food bag donations. This is outside work so dress warmly.
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM - No Contact delivery of items to the recipients. Each volunteer will make a maximum of 5 deliveries to the 20906 zip code region. Pick up at our office (6010 Executive Blvd) in the parking lot and then arrange with recipients to make delivery. Requires own transportation. Spanish speakers welcome!

About the Holiday Giving Project of Montgomery County
For more than 30 years, the Holiday Giving Project of Montgomery County has helped residents in need celebrate Thanksgiving and the December holidays. A coalition of more than 20 non-profits, local governments, and faith groups volunteer to collect and distribute donations of holiday food, gift cards, or toys to Holiday Giving Project recipients. Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services is the coordinating agency for this County-wide effort.
